1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to 85+ countries/regions globally, including the UK, major European nations (Germany, France, Spain), North America (U.S., Canada), and Australia. Remote locations (e.g., remote islands, mountainous areas) are excluded—you’ll get a checkout alert if ineligible.

2. Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Hub Location: Orders ship from our St. Leonards-on-Sea facility (101, Sedlescombe Road North, St. Leonards-on-Sea, England, TN37 7EJ) or partner overseas warehouses.
  • Timeline: 2-4 business days for UK/Europe; 5-9 business days for North America; 7-12 business days for Australia. Customs clearance may add 1-3 days—track real-time progress via your order link.
  • Special Packaging: Coffee tables use foam padding for edges + reinforced cardboard to protect surfaces (glass/wood); rugs are rolled and wrapped in moisture-resistant plastic to preserve texture and prevent fraying.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over £180 / $230 (applies to all items: coffee tables + rugs).
  • Orders under the threshold: £8 / $10 (UK/Europe), £14 / $18 (North America), £19 / $24 (Australia) (includes protective packaging costs).
  • Express Shipping (near-warehouse areas only): £28 / $36-$48 extra for 2-4 business days delivery—select “Express” at checkout.

4. Tracking & Support

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Check status in “My Orders” or via carriers (Royal Mail/DHL). For delays (over 3 days) or damaged packaging, email citron_pineal5l@icloud.com with photos for assistance.

  • Customs Duties: International orders may incur duties—covered by the recipient per local regulations.
  • Address Accuracy: Provide a complete address (house number, postcode). Wrong addresses cause delays/loss—a £11 / $14 re-shipping fee applies.
